The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) made an announcement on June 10 regarding a proposed rule change by the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) Arca to list and trade shares of the ProShares Ethereum ETF. The SEC is inviting public feedback on this proposal for a period of 21 days after it is published in the Federal Register. The SEC has a maximum of 45 days to make a decision on whether to approve, disapprove, or extend the timeline for further consideration.
