Animoca Brands is set to subscribe to Futureverse shares based on a valuation of US$754 million for the entirety of Futureverse’s issued share capital, while Futureverse will subscribe to shares in Animoca Brands Corporation Limited at A$4.5 per share, potentially issuing 1,658,375 Animoca Brands shares assuming an A$:US$ exchange rate of $0.67.
The transaction is subject to finalizing definitive agreements and receiving approval from both Futureverse and Animoca Brands Corporation Limited’s boards, with an anticipated completion timeline within the next two months.
