Investcorp has recently entered into a strategic alliance with Securitize to delve into the realm of fund tokenization opportunities within Investcorp’s Strategic Capital Group (ISCG). The declaration, made on June 26, disclosed that the tokenized fund would enable eligible investors to engage in ISCG’s general partner staking strategy. This particular approach entails the acquisition of minority stakes in asset management companies, as opposed to direct investments in the funds they oversee.
